In the beginning, this section was only to support our production. Over time, this activity has developed as a service and support to our customers. With the growing demands and the advent of new technologies, this issue has become a completely separate section, where we are also able to create computer designs in 3D.
Our specialization also includes small series production - machining, welding. As part of the implementation of some orders as a comprehensive solution for clients, mechanical and mechanical production is an integral part of the successful implementation of the final product.
Creation of documentation
We can create documentation for production on the basis of documents from the client or according to a pre-prepared model, which we thoroughly inspect and measure.

What else can we do?
We can weld stainless steel using the TIG method, we machine plastics, steel, brass, aluminum, copper and other materials. We are also able, within metal production, also to shoot aluminum and stainless steel mandrels (screws)
It is also possible to use the material and components provided by you. However, if you do not have this option, we will provide you with all the necessary components ourselves, for your greater convenience.
We also use, for example, GECAM brand technologies.

It all depends on your ideas, material, purpose and place of use, strength and other parameters.
What are our options?
We have a 3D printer from the Průša MK3S brand, for which we are able to print a large number and variability of shapes thanks to the use of plastic filaments. The fineness of printing is around 0.2 - 0-15 mm, but we are able to reach up to 0.05 mm. Here you can print space 210mm × 250mm × 210mm.
We also have the Makerbot replicator Z18 available, which prints using the MakerBot PLA thread. In this case, the 30.5 x 30.5 x 45.7 cm printable area is not a problem. Print accuracy is ± 0.2 mm.
In some cases, we are able to provide post-processing processes for smoothing the final 3D prints, as needed, with acetone, special varnish, or resin potting. It is also possible to improve or machine in our mechanical and mechanical production.
We will be happy to create a design for 3D printing in Autodesk Inventor for you, or we will implement your own design immediately.
We also use 3D printing extensively for the production of, for example, skeletons or mandrels for winding toroidal chokes, transformers and other wound parts.
